Terms that govern the use of NatadTech products, services, and affiliated software by Adam Natad.

NatadTech Solutions OPC or other personal apps developed by Adam Natad - Terms of Service

By accessing or using NatadTech Solutions OPC, its website(s), platform(s), software, mobile applications, games, products, services, or any other materials provided by or affiliated with NatadTech Solutions OPC, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential, you are responsible for all activities under your account.

Third-Party Services

  • NatadTech may utilize third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

  • All proprietary content provided by NatadTech, including software, logos, and graphics, is owned or licensed by NatadTech and protected by intellectual property laws. Open-source files and third-party packages used in our services are subject to their respective licenses.

User Conduct

  • You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities while using our services.
  • Respect the rights of other users and NatadTech, do not engage in disruptive or harmful behavior.

Privacy

  • Your use of NatadTech is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • NatadTech provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.

Limitation of Liability

  • NatadTech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages.

Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through NatadTech Solutions OPC's customer support system. Users are required to contact our support team to attempt an amicable resolution before escalating any claims. If the issue remains unresolved after engaging with customer support, NatadTech Solutions OPC reserves the right to determine further actions, including but not limited to formal legal procedures.

  • No form of arbitration that would impose costs on NatadTech Solutions OPC or its affiliates, including binding, non-binding, mandatory, voluntary, institutional, or ad hoc arbitration, shall be applicable.

  • NatadTech Solutions OPC reserves the right to handle mass claims or class action lawsuits on an individual basis to prevent exploitative practices. Class action lawsuits or mass claims may not be consolidated into a single proceeding, and each claim must be pursued individually.

  • In the event of any legal dispute, the opposing party shall be responsible for covering all legal fees and costs incurred by NatadTech Solutions OPC, including attorney's fees, court fees, and any other associated expenses. Disputes will proceed exclusively in the courts of Cebu City or Toledo City, Republic of the Philippines.

Governing Law

Product-Specific Terms and Conditions

  • Each product or service offered by NatadTech may have specific terms and conditions. Users are advised to review and accept the terms and conditions provided during the purchase or use of each specific product.

No Refund Policy

  • NatadTech does not offer refunds for any of its products or services unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product-specific terms and conditions.

Google Services

If you use any NatadTech, affiliated, or personally developed apps or add-ons by Adam Natad that integrate with Google services, we want to be fully transparent about the terms that apply to your use of those services.

  • Some NatadTech products or apps personally developed by Adam Natad may integrate with Google services such as Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, or other Google Workspace APIs to enable specific features.

  • These integrations may include Login with Google functionality for authentication. When you choose to log in using your Google account, we only access basic profile information (such as your name and email address) as authorized by you. We do not store or collect your login credentials.

  • We may store limited Google user data such as name and email address when you use Google authentication. This data is only stored as authorized by you and used strictly to support the core functionality of the service. We do not share or reuse it for any other purpose.

  • We request only the minimum permissions necessary to enable the intended features. Unless explicitly stated in a product’s privacy policy or terms, no Google user data is stored, shared, or reused beyond what is required for that specific functionality.

  • If future features require expanded access or long-term storage of Google user data, this Terms of Service will be updated accordingly and such functionality will require your explicit consent.

  • By using any feature powered by Google, including authentication or API-driven services, you also agree to comply with Google’s Terms of Service and any applicable Google API policies.

Eligibility

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent if you are a minor.
  • If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, you must not use our services without proper consent.

Account Suspension and Termination

  • NatadTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if any violation of these terms or applicable laws occurs, or for any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NatadTech Solutions OPC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms. This does not waive NatadTech’s existing right to recover all legal fees and costs from the opposing party in the event of legal disputes, as outlined under the Dispute Resolution section.

Force Majeure

  • NatadTech Solutions OPC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, labor strikes, pandemics, and network failures.

Severability

  • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such invalidity shall not render the entire agreement unenforceable or invalid. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

  • These terms, along with any additional product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and NatadTech and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or representations, whether written or oral.

Changes to Terms and Conditions NatadTech reserves the right to update or modify these general terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to check for changes periodically.
